Delivery
All our glass is carefully packaged with wrapping material to ensure protection during transportation. Most of our orders are shipped the following day depending on stock availability. Please, allow up to 7 working days if products are out of stock or bulk order.
Depending on order we use Royal Mail or courier. We aim to have your products delivered within 2 working days from the time of your order. In case you require faster delivery please contact us at to arrange it.
Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take an extra day or two to arrive.

Orders above £80:
- Free of charge.
- Free home delivery to Edinburgh for orders over £80. Please, leave a note at the bottom of your order if you require the service.
Orders below £80:
- Next day delivery £7.00
- 2+ days delivery £4.00

Refunds
If the item was damaged in shipping, please take a picture and send it to us at so we can resolve the issue, either exchange, refund or repair, please keep the shipping box, we will send you a shipping label if collection is needed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept* returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of receipt of the orders, please keep the shipping box, the cost of return will be yours, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment to prevent money laundering.
*For Christmas decorations, we do not accept returns or refund after the Christmas day.
